Hear a speaker from the Alzheimer's Association discuss how science provides insights into the ways that lifestyle choices may help you keep your brain & body healthy as you age.

For centuries, we have known that the health of the brain and the body are connected.

Now, scientific research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement helps to reinforce our understanding of that connection.

Join us to learn about the implications of the research and to use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
