This symposium will feature expert presentations covering current playground trends, accessible design approaches, equipment manufacturing insights, and more.
Join members of the Parks, Open Space and Trails Commission (POST) for a Playground Development Symposium in the Founder's Room at the Belvedere-Tiburon Library. This symposium will feature expert presentations covering current playground trends, accessible design approaches, equipment manufacturing insights, local government perspectives, and real-world examples from community members who have completed playground projects in the last 2-3 years.
The second half will transition to an interactive Q&A session where attendees can engage directly with our panelists, both in-person and online. This symposium aims to educate our community about modern playground options while providing practical information on timelines, costs, and materials for both renovation projects and new playground development.
The Library is a vibrant community hub that offers a wide range of resources, programs, and services for people of all ages.
