Claire R. Cohn returns to offer a series of Wednesday Qigong classes, focusing on movement meditation.

Claire draws upon her background from dance, movement therapy, bioenergetics and meditative Qigong practices to teach students self-healing through movement.

Her unique approach to Qigong integrates stretching, breathing and flowing, fluid movements.

Join this self-healing class and learn how to put moment-to-moment mindfulness into body awareness; hence, mindful movement, as you:

  • Strengthen your immune system

  • Breathe with ease of movement

  • Release tension and feel calm

  • Correct your posture and improve balance

Participate in one, two or all three of our monthly classes.

Claire says, "After fourteen years of personal remission and treating many cancer patients, I am clear about the benefits of healing through mindful movement to rejuvenate our aging bodies."
