Join Chef Rogelio Garcia, the Michelin-starred chef of Auro at the Four Seasons in Napa Valley, to learn about his work and latest cookbook, "Convivir." Rogelio will be signing books as well.

Convivir, which means “to live together,” celebrates the flavorful interweaving of traditional Mexican cuisine with the agricultural and artisanal abundance of California’s wine country.

Rogelio Garcia takes inspiration from the local farms, ranches, and sustainable fisheries, along with a deep knowledge of his gastronomical heritage, to showcase more than 150 delectable recipes, such as Sopes with Sonoma Artichokes Three Ways, San Francisco Sourdough Flour Tortillas, Agridulce Chicken Wings with Verde Goddess Dressing, and Lavender Custard Pie with Masa Sucree Crust.

Providing basic techniques, recipe variations, wine-pairing suggestions, and curated menus that focus on traditional Mexican holidays, Convivir: Modern Mexican Cooking in California’s Wine Country invites you to come together at a shared table and savor the rich culinary history of Mexico.

Books will be sold by Sausalito Books by the Bay.

The site is part of the landfill of the 1890s done to create the railroad yard. Windows frame views of the marsh lands and Old St. Hilary's Open Space preserve.

The expanded library was designed by Brown Reynolds Watford Architecture and added approximately 9,000 square feet, bringing the total size of the library to about 19,500 square feet.
