Do you love to read? Meet up to discuss and enjoy your favorite classic books and movies!
Teens age 14 & up - do you love to read classic literature? Do you like to hang out, enjoy snacks, and talk about books? If so, this is the book club for you!
Classics Teen Book Club meets during school holidays to discuss well-known works of 19th and 20th century literature and to watch movies based on the books.
Currently, we are reading Cannery Row by John Steinbeck.
If you are interested in participating, check out a copy of the book from the library or purchase your own copy (used copies of classics are often available to purchase at our bookstore, Corner Books).
Books previously read include: The Island of Doctor Moreau and Frankenstein
The book discussion meeting will be followed by Movie & Pizza Night! Enjoy pizza and popcorn provided free of charge. The movie will be The Fabelmans (to honor Steven Spielberg's birthday this week!). Rated PG-13.

The Library was designed by the firm of Bull, Stockwell, and Allen. The architectural style is that of the 19th century railroad yard in Tiburon.
The site is part of the landfill of the 1890s done to create the railroad yard. Windows frame views of the marsh lands and Old St. Hilary's Open Space preserve.
The expanded library was designed by Brown Reynolds Watford Architecture and added approximately 9,000 square feet, bringing the total size of the library to about 19,500 square feet.
