Terre Passero, founder of Mindful Stress Management, brings decades of mindfulness and stress management experience helping individuals and organizations transform their relationship to stress. She is a certified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a certified Stress Mastery Educator, and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education.
