Life Saving Skills Class

Founders RoomJoin us for a life-saving skills class taught by Marin Medical Reserve Corps member Dr. Tom Cromwell.
The life-saving skills include:
- Chest compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Stop the bleeding for acute hemorrhage
- Automatic external defibrillator (AED)
- Narcan (naloxone) for opioid overdose
- Heimlich maneuver for chocking
No medical training is necessary. All ages welcome — middle school and teen participants encouraged!
