Physician and MIT engineer Dr. Beverly Yates shares practical, science-based steps to help reverse Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes and take control of metabolic health.

Schedule:

  • 5:30 pm - Wine & Cheese Reception
  • 6:00 pm - Author Talk, followed by a book signing

Join Dr. Beverly Yates — MIT engineer, naturopathic physician, and author of The Yates Protocol — for an empowering talk on reversing Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes naturally.

Dr. Yates breaks down the rise of blood sugar disorders and explains what they really mean for your health. She shares the five key, science-based lifestyle steps she uses to help patients improve blood sugar, restore metabolic balance, and build sustainable habits for long-term wellness.

She also explores diagnostic lab values, the impact of family history on risk, and how medications and newer treatments such as GLP-1 therapies fit into modern care. Real patient stories from her clinical practice bring these concepts to life, showing what’s possible with the right tools and support.

A Q&A session will follow.

Copies of The Yates Protocol will be available for purchase.
