Relax into a live sound bath of singing bowls and gongs.

Doors open at 6 pm, performance begins at 6:30 pm

Journey Beyond Sound presents Journey Into Fall, a cozy fall-inspired guided meditation and live sound bath experience with herbal tea at the Belvedere Tiburon Library.

As you arrive early, you can enjoy a cup of herbal tea and take a moment to settle in. Then relax comfortably as Journey Beyond Sound’s live ensemble creates a soothing soundscape with singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Native instruments, hand drums, and other resonant tones. This calming experience is designed to support deep relaxation, mindfulness, quiet reflection, and renewal.

Whether you are new to sound baths or a returning participant, this welcoming gathering offers a chance to pause, reset, and gently welcome our adventures into the Fall season.

Sound baths are typically experienced lying down on mats and blankets for a relaxing, awake meditation while listening to the live music being played for you.  If you prefer to sit, chairs will be available. Feel free to drape a shawl or blanket, and prop your legs out for a comfortable seated journey.

Please bring:

• A yoga or exercise mat
• A blanket and small pillow for extra comfort
• (Optional) Eye mask
• (Optional) Water in a sealed container
