Author Mark Bittman will be in conversation with author and artist Bryant Terry to discuss their recent projects.

Author Mark Bittman will be in conversation with author and artist Bryant Terry to discuss their recent projects.

Mark Bittman has written over thirty books including How to Cook Everything Fast and Animal, Vegetable, Junk. 

One of Mark's latest projects is Community Kitchen, a concept of non-profit restaurants he recently shared with The Guardian.

Bryant Terry is a multidisciplinary artist in the Bay Area. He has written six books, including Afro-Vegan, Vegetable Kingdom, and Black Food.

Bryant is the founder and editor-in-chief of 4 Color Books, an imprint of Ten Speed Press and Penguin Random House.
