Join us for gentle chair yoga followed by guided mindful meditation to improve flexibility, balance, strength in both body and mind.

Each class ends with an informal chat, including ways to bring the practices into daily life. No prior experience necessary. Everyone is welcome — come as you are.

Terre Passero, founder of Mindful Stress Management, brings decades of mindfulness and stress management experience helping individuals and organizations transform their relationship to stress. She is a certified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a certified yoga teacher, a certified Stress Mastery Educator, and holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education.
